Most of the time, the keys are still inside and the car has locked itself. But a worn lock, a broken handle or a remote with a flat battery can also leave you outside.
In winter, moisture freezes in the seal and sticks the door to the body. Pulling hard on the handle can tear the seal: better to call us.
For your safety and everyone else’s, we open the car on seeing the vehicle papers, or with the police present.
